Good Health Habits.-

Hippocrates already told us more than 2,000 years ago: "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food."

Also the ancient science of Ayurveda: “When food is not good, medicine does not work; when food is good, medicine is not necessary ".

Food affects our emotional state. Also to our energy and vitality. And of course at our level of concentration and productivity.

Perhaps COVID-19 is inviting us to change our eating habits so that our body is more resistant to foreign viruses.
